    ServiceDesk Support

    Users must contact ServiceDesk by phone to request a password reset or reset it online. Email requests will not be accepted.

    Visit the ServiceDesk page for questions about whether your computer's software and hardware are supported. Review the Outage Schedule and Problem Notification page for information on scheduled Blackboard outages and any problems that may arise.

    Where can I find my Student ID number?

    You can find your Student ID number on a variety of correspondence from CCAC:

    • Acceptance letter
    • Registration statement or CCAC invoice
    • Welcome letter from Distance Learning
    • Letter from Admissions/Registration
    • Possibly receipt from the Bookstore (if you used a credit card/debit card it will have your "student account" listed)

    Note: the CCAC student ID number could be referred to as: student account, Colleague ID, Datatel ID. Also, many departments truncate the leading "0" of the student ID number, so you could be looking at a five- or six-digit number and not realize that is what we need.

    Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
    Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.*

    Closed July 4th for Independence Day

    *Sunday Hours: the ServiceDesk will be closed for the dinner hour on Sundays only from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.; callers may leave a voicemail message and receive a call back after 5 p.m.

  • CCAC Academic Email System

    You can access your academic email through MyCCAC. You will be directed to the CCAC sign-on page, where you will enter your CCAC NetID and password. After logging in, scroll down to the My Email web part and click on the Academic Email link. If you do not have a NetID, you can use NetID self-service or contact the CCAC ServiceDesk.
