• Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)

Certificates and degrees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) prepare students for entry-level employment in bio-remediation, biotechnology, computer and information technology, electronics, engineering, computer-aided drafting, laboratories, manufacturing and software design.

Certificate programs in STEM help students develop the skills and knowledge they need to prepare for entry-level positions in the specific field. Graduates who wish to continue in their field can complete additional courses required by the Associate Degree program of their choice.

Career programs are intended to prepare participants to enter the job market after completion of the Associate Degree at CCAC. Skills learned should allow the graduate to immediately become a productive member of the engineering team. In addition, the graduates could continue their education by transferring to a Baccalaureate Degree.
